Get stronger, feel better
The word ‘Blossom’ means to bloom and grow;
I started Blossom Fitness back in 2017 with the sole purpose
of helping people to do just that.
My mission is to guide and support my clients in to becoming the fittest, healthiest and happiest versions of themselves through movement and positive lifestyle changes.
Whether you are looking to run your first 5k (or marathon), get really strong after babies/an injury, or if you’re simply looking to feel more confident in your body and improve self esteem,
I would love to help you!

I run twice weekly MumFit classes at Solace Gym in Cheltenham, where all children are welcome. It’s a really relaxed, supportive space where you can come and exercise without worrying about childcare.
We have playmats and toys for the little ones, so you can focus on rebuilding your strength, fitness and confidence, and there’s even a café on site for a coffee afterwards!
Personal Training
I offer a one-to-one personal training service that is completely tailored to you and your goals. I am mobile, so will come to your house with all of the equipment required (gym-based training also available)
I thrive off of helping clients get stronger, move better, and build real confidence in their bodies — whether you are returning to exercise after injury, navigating postnatal recovery, or working towards a performance-based goal, I would love to support you!

Reformer Pilates Classes
I teach Reformer Pilates classes in Cheltenham at Flux Pilates and The Fitness Attic (Stoke Orchard).
The classes are mixed ability, so whether you’re new or have done Pilates before, you’ll feel comfortable coming along. We focus on building strength, improving posture, and working on core stability in a way that feels manageable but still really effective.

MY STORY
Hi, I’m Kaz — the founder of Blossom Fitness.
I started Blossom Fitness to help people flourish through movement and positive lifestyle changes. I’ve been a personal trainer and fitness instructor since 2017, and I love nothing more than supporting people on their health & fitness journies. I qualified in pre & postnatal exercise in 2019 and have since helped many women rebuild strength and confidence after pregnancy/birth. More recently, I have trained in both Mat and Reformer Pilates and now teach weekly reformer classes at multiple studios across the Cheltenham area.
My biggest fitness-based achievement to date is running the London Marathon in 2025, something that has been on my bucket list for years!
Outside of fitness, you'll find me with my husband and two young children - I'm happiest when we’re outdoors exploring (ideally in the sunshine), enjoying good coffee and spending time with family and friends.

"After a strong recommendation, I got in touch with Kaz to help me rebuild my strength during my second pregnancy. We’ve now been training together for nearly 10 weeks, and I feel so much more confident in my strength and body.
She’s incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and has taught me so much along the way. I’m so glad I found her and will definitely be continuing my training after the baby arrives. Highly recommend to anyone looking for safe, effective prenatal and postnatal support!"

"Kaz has honestly been brilliant for me. Every session strikes that perfect balance as it’s challenging enough that I feel pushed, but never overwhelming. Plus, every session is different, which keeps it interesting.
What really sets her apart, though, is how intuitive she is; she just seems to know when to push, when to adjust, and how to keep things enjoyable. I genuinely look forward to our sessions every week"

"If I could give Kaz more stars I would. Since having both my kids, I have never felt stronger. We went from basics including pelvic floor to real strength and working towards pull ups.
The pace that Kaz has worked with me on has just helped me be so consistent, even if I miss a week of training - she has helped me realise that dips won’t un-do all my training and I will continue to progress. I honestly can’t thank her enough for helping me over the last 2 years and I will continue to feel stronger everyday working with her"
