About Me
Hi, I’m Kaz — the owner and founder of Blossom Fitness.
Blossom Fitness was created from my passion for helping people grow into the best versions of themselves through movement, strength and positive lifestyle changes. I truly believe that exercise should make you feel empowered, confident and capable in your own body.

My Story
Here’s a little about my journey and how Blossom Fitness came to be.
I began my personal training career at Pure Gym in Gloucester retail park in 2017, teaching multiple classes and cleaning machines while I built up my client base. I've always been a fitness class junkie, attending hundreds throughout my twenties, and I really loved finally getting to be the instructor myself! I learnt so much during my 3 years here, working with hundreds of people from all walks of life and gaining so much valuable experience.
In 2019, I qualified in pre and postnatal exercise and was all set to start teaching Mum & baby fitness classes in early 2020 when the covid pandemic hit! I then found out I was pregnant with my first child, and found giving birth to her and going through the pregnancy and post natal experience myself lit a fire within me to shift my focus more in to this space. I started teaching weekly classes for mums through the Busy Lizzy franchise, aswell as starting mobile personal training after my maternity leave, packing up all my equipment in to the boot of my car and driving to lots of lovely mum's houses, often holding their babies so they could return to exercise safely and restore their strength.
Following the birth of my second baby in 2023, I suffered from birth trauma and post natal depression for a large portion of his first year. Spending time with other mums at classes during this extremely difficult time really hit home to me how important these communities are for mums to come together and support each other. I started teaching the MumFit classes at Solace Gym in 2024 and they are such a highlight of my week! I feel so privileged to be able to provide the space for others that I so desperately needed myself!
In 2025 I decided it was time for a new challenge, so I qualified in both Mat and Reformer pilates, and am now teaching reformer classes multiple times a week which I'm really enjoying!
When it comes to movement on a personal level, I really enjoy a mixture of lifting weights, running and pilates to help me achieve a strong, fit and balanced body as I age - my ultimate goal is to still be lifting and running around in to my nineties so I'm making sure
I put in the work now so I can achieve this!
