Workout With Me

There are so many ways to work out with me;

No matter what phase you are at in your life, there is an opportunity for you. 

I offer a range of classes and training options designed to help you build strength, move well, and feel more confident in your body.

 

From Reformer Pilates classes to MumFit sessions and Personal Training, everything is designed to fit around real life; whether that’s returning to exercise after having a baby and finding a class where your child is welcome, or having the support and accountability of one-to-one training, there are multiple ways you can move with me!

Mum & Baby Classes

MumFit, a fitness class for Mums where all children

are welcome!

 

Not just a mum and baby class, my MumFit classes

are for mums with children of any age, who need a

safe and welcoming place to exercise without having

to worry about childcare.

 

We provide playmats and a variety of toys for your

little ones, so that you can focus on rebuilding your

fitness, strength and confidence in a supportive, empowering environment.

 

Classes take place at Solace Gym in Cheltenham, with free parking available, plus a cafe for feeding/coffee

after class!

Personal Training

I absolutely LOVE helping clients get stronger, alongside learning how to move really well and build confidence, trust and respect for their bodies and what they are truly capable of.

 

I am mobile, which means I’ll come to your house and bring all the kit needed, so you get to work out in the comfort of your own home (gym training options are also available) 

 

I specialise in:

- Pre and Post Natal Training/rehab

- Strength/resistance training

- Fat loss/lifestyle change

- Running-focused strength training, injury

rehabilitation (working alongside your physio)

- Mindset coaching

Pilates Classes

I’m delighted to be teaching Reformer Pilates classes at Flux Pilates (Cheltenham) and The Fitness Attic (Stoke Orchard).

 

Pilates is an amazing system of movement, and the reformer is such a versatile piece of equipment to work with.

 

The classes I teach are mixed ability and open to everyone, so if you are looking to get stronger, improve your posture, core strength and stability, come and book in with me today!
